Refunds<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must meet one of the following criteria:<\/p>\r\n

  2. Product doesn’t correspond to the description;<\/li>\r\n
  3. Product doesn’t meet your needs.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    Refund requests are to be done within 15 days of receiving the product.<\/p>\r\n

    Any requests done after 15 days will be declined; whether it be a refund or exchange.<\/p>\r\n

    Furthermore, for your product to be eligible for a refund, it must not have been used and in the same condition in which it was received. It also needs to be in its original packaging.<\/p>\r\n

    Discounted, promotional, or clearance products are not eligible for a refund.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    You are responsible for the shipping fee and they are not refundable. If you do get a refund, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\r\n

    The time for us to receive your return can vary based on your location.<\/p>\r\n

    If you are returning expensive items, you can consider using a shipping service with a tracking number to keep an eye on the progress. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your product.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
