Refund and Return Policy

Refunds

In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must meet one of the following criteria:

  1. Product was damaged;
  2. Product doesn’t correspond to the description;
  3. Product doesn’t meet your needs.

Refund requests are to be done within 15 days of receiving the product.

Any requests done after 15 days will be declined; whether it be a refund or exchange.

Furthermore, for your product to be eligible for a refund, it must not have been used and in the same condition in which it was received. It also needs to be in its original packaging.

Discounted, promotional, or clearance products are not eligible for a refund.

Return policy

Following this procedure to return your product:

You are responsible for the shipping fee and they are not refundable. If you do get a refund, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

The time for us to receive your return can vary based on your location.

If you are returning expensive items, you can consider using a shipping service with a tracking number to keep an eye on the progress. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your product.

Exchanges

We will only replace defective or damaged items with the same item. If you need a replacement, please send us an email at info@sahal-beaute.com.
